INSTRUCTIONS TO THOSE WHO WANT TO UNDERGO HEALTH CHECK UPS:
We kindly request that you schedule an appointment in advance, if possible, for your upcoming health check-up. Please plan to arrive between 8:00 to 10:00 AM after fasting for at least 12 hours. Additionally, we recommend setting aside time in the evening for further appointments, if necessary, as well as allocating a full day for your check-up whenever feasible. ​If stool examination is included in your package, we kindly ask that you bring a stool sample in a small container. To ensure accurate test results, we advise refraining from consuming alcohol the night before your appointment. On the day of your check-up, please abstain from smoking, consuming any beverages other than water, and taking any medications in the morning until after your tests are completed. ​For a comprehensive assessment, we encourage you to bring all your previous medical records and share relevant information with our health check coordinator. ​It's important to note that while our health check-ups provide valuable insights into your current health status, they do not guarantee future health or immunity from sudden-onset conditions such as heart attacks or strokes. ​Your well-being is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines for a thorough and effective health evaluation.
